Η Πανελλήνια Ένωση Πλοιάρχων Ε.Ν. Πάσης Τάξεως σε συνεργασία με το ALBA Graduate Business School at The American College of Greece (ALBA) προκηρύσσει τέσσερις (4) μερικές υποτροφίες της τάξεως του 50% για την κάλυψη των διδάκτρων αποκλειστικά για τα μέλη της και τα τέκνα αυτών.
Οι υποτροφίες αφορούν τα δύο προγράμματα του ALBA, MBA in Shipping και MSc in Shipping Management, για την ακαδημαϊκή χρονιά 2014-2015 (το συνολικό κόστος για το MBA in Shipping είναι €19.750 ενώ για το MSc in Shipping Management €12.500).
Η προθεσμία υποβολής αιτήσεων για τις δύο υποτροφίες λήγει στις 31/01/2014 και τα σχετικά αποτελέσματα θα ανακοινωθούν στα μέσα Φεβρουαρίου, ενώ για τις επόμενες δύο υποτροφίες, καταληκτική ημερομηνία ορίζεται η 30/04/2014 και η ανακοίνωση αποτελεσμάτων θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο τέλος Μαΐου. Η αίτηση γίνεται OnLine – https://applications.alba.edu. Μετά τη συγκέντρωση όλων των αιτήσεων, η τελική επιλογή θα γίνει από το ALBA με βάση την αξιολογική κατάταξη των υποψηφίων και σε συνεργασία με τη Π.Ε.Π.Ε.Ν.
Μέσα από ένα συνδυασμό ακαδημαϊκών και πρακτικών γνώσεων, το MBA in Shipping παρέχει στους φοιτητές όλα τα απαραίτητα εφόδια για να αντιμετωπίσουν το ταχέως μεταβαλλόμενο περιβάλλον της ναυτιλίας. Το πρόγραμμα ρίχνει ιδιαίτερο βάρος στην ηγεσία και τις στρατηγικές ικανότητες διαχείρισης. Απευθύνεται κυρίως σε επαγγελματίες του χώρου με εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον τριών ετών καθώς επίσης και σε Ά πλοιάρχους και Ά μηχανικούς. Το MSc in Shipping Management παρέχει μία σφαιρική και σε βάθος γνώση των πρακτικών και επιστημονικών θεμάτων που απασχολούν μία ναυτιλιακή επιχείρηση όπως: Διοίκηση Ναυτιλιακών Επιχειρήσεων, Τεχνολογία Πλοίου, Ναυτιλιακή Οικονομική και Χρηματοοικονομική, Ναυλώσεις, Ναυτικό Δίκαιο, Δίκαιο Θαλάσσιας Ασφάλισης, Στρατηγική των Ναυτιλιακών Επιχειρήσεων κτλ. Απευθύνεται κυρίως σε νέους απόφοιτους πρώτου πτυχίου αλλά και νέους επαγγελματίες που θέλουν να εισέρθουν στο χώρο της ναυτιλίας καθώς επίσης και σε πλοιάρχους και μηχανικούς που επιθυμούν να συνεχίσουν την καριέρα τους στη στεριά. Master’s and Mates Union of Greek Merchant Marine offers Scholarships for Shipping Studies at ALBA Graduate Business School at the American College of Greece (member only)
Master’s and Mates Union of Greek Merchant Marine offers four (4) partial scholarships (50% of the tuition fees), for Postgraduate Studies in Shipping at ALBA Graduate Business School, to its members and their offspring. Scholarships are open for the ALBA MBA in Shipping Program or the MSc in Shipping Management program, for the academic year 2014-2015 (total cost for the ALBA MBA in Shipping Program is €19,750 while for the MSc in Shipping Management is €12,500).
The deadline for the first two scholarships expires on 31.01.2014 and results will be announced by mid-February, while for the two rest scholarships, deadline is set for 30.04.2014 and the results will be announced by the end of May.
